Louis Landry

Louis Landry currently serves as Vice President of Perfection Realty.

Although he is not always involved in the day to day operation and management of the company, he has input in the decision making affecting the direction of the company. As a graduate of NBCC (Civil Engineering Technologist), Louis has been involved in the construction industry since 1979.

In his career, he has worked as a field worker (formwork), foreman, estimator, project manager and general manager. In 1987 he co-founded Lancor Concrete Contractors Ltd. As a major formwork contractor in New Brunswick, Lancor has worked in all four Atlantic Provinces of Canada. Lancor contracts work in all sectors of the Construction industry; Multi unit residential, commercial buildings, institutional buildings, highway structures, water treatment plants, mills, refineries, mining and hydro dams.

Louis sits on several industry committees including the labour negotiations committees of the Moncton Northeast Construction Association and the Saint John Construction Association. Louis is presently the General Manager of Lancor Concrete Contractors Ltd.
