Immeubles Perfection Realty Inc. was founded in 1997.  In the beginning, the priority was to develop mini home communities (Domaine du Ruisseau & Parlee). To foresee infrastructure services (water, sewer and street construction) for those communities, Perfection Contracting was created. They are now offering their services to the municipalities of Dieppe, Moncton, Riverview and Shediac.

But being visionaries, the owners decided to extend their vision to developing housing subdivisions which now accounts for three subdivisions; Beausoleil Gardens, Bouchard and Magnetic Hill Estate. Where you will find single family Housing, duplexes, condominiums, townhouses as well as apartment buildings.

Paving the way for commercial development projects such as a NB Liquor store, Ultramar, office and retail complexes, just to mention a few.  In 2009, the company received the prize of “Entreprise par excellence”, for a company who has existed for more than five years, given annually by the Town of Dieppe. Immeubles Perfection Realty Inc., is considered one of the largest developers in the greater moncton area and wants to continue to grow in the construction industry.  They want to share their various expertise with their current and new customers inspiring their confidence and help them with all their realty needs.

Having over 50 years of combined experience in construction and project management, the company owners have already undertaken major projects and foresee other projects in the future.
